Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data Reminder (by Ganguly Consulting) holds about you. This page also serves as the destination for WhatsApp / Meta data-deletion requests.

What we may hold

• Account details: name, mobile number, email.
• Business / clinic profile, hours, services and providers you set up.
• Customer contact details and appointments you entered to send reminders.
• WhatsApp connection details (your WhatsApp Business Account & phone number id).

How to request deletion

• Automatic (via WhatsApp / Meta): removing our app from your Meta Business settings sends us a deletion request automatically, and you'll receive a confirmation code.
• By email: write to support@gangulyconsulting.com from your registered email or mobile number, with your organisation name and “Data deletion request”.

What happens next

• We disconnect any linked WhatsApp account and revoke stored access tokens.
• We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
• Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting), in line with our Privacy Policy.
