Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Reminder (the “Service”), provided by Ganguly Consulting (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Reminder helps appointment-led businesses schedule appointments, send WhatsApp/SMS/voice reminders, and run a live customer queue. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Login is via one-time codes sent to your mobile number.
3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
- Obtain valid consent from your customers before messaging them.
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, TRAI/DLT regulations, and all applicable laws.
- Do not send spam, unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your account and for the accuracy of the customer data you upload.
4. Free trial & Test Mode
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial and a complimentary message balance. Test Mode is on by default — messages are simulated and nothing is charged until you go live.
5. Fees, wallet and billing
- Paid plans and message rates are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
- Messages are charged from your prepaid wallet balance or via usage-based billing (Razorpay / UPI Autopay), as you choose.
- Taxes (e.g. GST) may apply and will be added where required.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Meta (WhatsApp), Google Firebase (login OTP) and Razorpay (payments). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, as delivery depends on carriers, WhatsApp, and the recipient. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular reduction in no-shows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your messages, or your breach of these Terms or of consent/regulatory requirements.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
