Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to try Reminder with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and message credits.

1. Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and complimentary message balance. You are not charged during the trial and no card is required to begin.

2. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Message credits (wallet)

  • Wallet recharges are used to send WhatsApp, SMS and voice messages. Credits already consumed to send messages are non-refundable.
  • Unused wallet balance may be refundable at our discretion, less any applicable transaction fees, if requested within 30 days of the recharge.

4. How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or email support@gangulyconsulting.com and we'll help.

5. Refund requests & processing

To request a refund, email support@gangulyconsulting.com from your registered email or mobile number with your organisation name. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of policy abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
